Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Each piece is made to order by hand in our West London studio and production is 1 business day unless specified otherwise on the respective product page.  

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. We offer complimentary express shipping to all destinations within the UK.

For orders shipped to destinations outside of the UK, the shipping cost displayed at check out does not include any duties, taxes, or other import fees. We are not responsible for any duties and tax charges that may occur upon arrival at your destination country, these fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

An email notification will be sent to you once your order has been shipped with a tracking number for you to monitor your consignment. 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
  • UK: 1 business day
  • Europe: 5 - 8 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7 - 10 business days 
RETURNS

If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return your pieces within 14 days of delivery. Please email ciao@tahlais.com to initiate the return process. We offer credits and refunds subject to the following conditions: 

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and in original packaging
  • All sale items are final and cannot be accepted for return

It is at the customer's expense to safely return pieces and their responsibility until confirmation of receipt by our team. The original mailing satchel may be re-used to return pieces. Please note, we take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. It is recommended to return pieces via registered post with tracking.  

CREDITS & REFUNDS

Credits and refunds are issued once a return has been received and assessed. Credits are valid for a period of one year. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment and can take 3 - 7 business days to post to the account. 

DAMAGE AND REPAIRS

If you receive a damaged item, please email ciao@tahlais.com within 2 days of delivery with your order reference and photos of the item. We also offer complimentary repairs for any damaged items within 1 year of purchase.
